Our Housing Philosophy
Not just a roof. A place to belong.
Mickey's House intentionally values safe, attractive homes in good communities. The surroundings matter: a home can be the stable starting point for everything that follows.
Residents deserve spaces where they can feel comfortable, welcome, and proud of where they live — not simply somewhere to stay.

Phoenix Expansion · Under Development
More housing. More opportunity.
Mickey's House Foundation is working to expand housing capacity in Phoenix. The organization has shared plans for 62 beds under development in 2026 — future housing, not completed homes.
Expanding capacity means working toward more safe places where young adults can find stability and start building what comes next.

Pet-Friendly Housing
Because family can have four paws.
Companion animals can be an important source of stability and connection. Mickey's House seeks to support pet-friendly housing where appropriate, so that a place to call home can feel like home for the people — and companions — who share it.
Support Resident & Pet NeedsHave a Property That Could Help?
A property could become someone's next chapter.
Mickey's House may be interested in real estate opportunities that could help expand housing capacity. If you have a property or land to discuss, the team would welcome a conversation about whether it might be a fit.
Property donations or transfers may have tax implications. Donors should consult their qualified tax or legal advisor.
Opportunities worth discussing
Different property types and conditions may be worth a conversation, including:
- Single-family homes
- Larger residences
- Properties needing renovation
- Land or future development opportunities
Every opportunity is considered individually; suitability is not guaranteed.
